1.We called make_function with odd as the parity parameter value, and it returns to us a function that we assign to the get_odds variable.

2.Now, for all practical purposes , get_odds is just another function. We invoke it by passing in a list of numbers (range(10) returns a list of 0..10) and out comes a filtered list of odd numbers.

3.We can repeat this exercise for the even parity and verify that make_function is working as expected.
